§12-816. Forwarding of proceeds of execution by mail.

No sheriff shall forward, by mail any money made on any such execution, unless he shall be especially instructed to do it by the plaintiff, his agent or attorney of record. R.L. 1910, § 5185. Amended by Laws 1990, c. 185, § 5, eff. Sept. 1, 1990.
