The Uniform Foreign-Country Money Judgments Recognition Act does not prevent the recognition under principals of comity or otherwise of a foreign-country judgment not within the scope of the Uniform Foreign-Country Money Judgments Recognition Act. Added by Laws 2009, c. 283, § 11, eff. Nov. 1, 2009.
