§12-2507. Political vote.

A. Every person has a privilege to refuse to disclose the tenor of the person’s vote at a political election conducted by secret ballot.
B. This privilege does not apply if the court finds that the vote was cast illegally. Added by Laws 1978, c. 285, § 507, eff. Oct. 1, 1978. Amended by Laws 2002, c. 468, § 38, eff. Nov. 1, 2002.
