FORMS
The forms contained in Section 29 of this act, the Appendix of Forms, are sufficient under the Oklahoma Pleading Code and are intended to indicate the simplicity and brevity of statement which the Oklahoma Pleading Code contemplates. Added by Laws 1984, c. 164, § 28, eff. Nov. 1, 1984.
