PRETRIAL PROCEDURE; FORMULATING ISSUES
In the absence of specific superseding legislation, the procedures for conducting pretrial conferences shall be governed by rules promulgated by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma. Added by Laws 1984, c. 164, § 16, eff. Nov. 1, 1984.
