§11-9-109. Council - Meetings.

The council shall meet regularly at least monthly at such times as it may prescribe by ordinance or otherwise. The mayor or any three
(3)councilmembers may call special meetings. The call for special meetings must be in writing and specify the subjects to be considered. No business other than that specified in the call shall be transacted at the special meeting. Laws 1977, c. 256, § 9-109, eff. July 1, 1978.
