§11-48-104. Annual appropriations.

Any municipality establishing a retirement fund and system may appropriate annually such sums as may be deemed necessary or desirable by the municipal governing body to the retirement fund and for the sole use of the retirement fund. The sums so appropriated shall be paid to the fund as other payments are made from municipal funds. Laws 1977, c. 256, § 48-104, eff. July 1, 1978.
