§11-47-124. Judicial review.

A judicial review in the district court in the county in which the situs of the municipality is located may be had of any ruling, regulation, interpretation, order, requirement, refusal, permit, approval, or decision made under the terms of this article when such action is alleged to be arbitrary, unreasonable or capricious, and that by reason thereof such action has, or if enforced, will work an unnecessary hardship on or create substantial harm or loss to the complaining party. Laws 1977, c. 256, § 47-124, eff. July 1, 1978.
