§11-41-111. Penalty for sale of lots before compliance.

No person, firm or corporation shall dispose of, offer for sale, or lease for any time any lots or blocks in any municipality, addition or subdivision, or part thereof, which are hereafter laid out, before all the requirements of Sections 41-104 through 41-108 of this title have been complied with. Laws 1977, c. 256, § 41-111, eff. July 1, 1978.
