§11-37-101. Definitions.

For the purpose of Sections 37-101 through 37-127, the term "waterworks" shall mean any water supplies, facilities, plants and equipment necessary for the supply and distribution of water,
including, but not limited to, dams, lakes, reservoirs, canals, wells, water plants and pipelines. Laws 1977, c. 256, § 37-101, eff. July 1, 1978.
