§11-36-511. Jurisdiction for disputes – Rates pending resolution.

A court of competent jurisdiction shall have jurisdiction to determine all disputes arising under this act. Pending resolution of a dispute concerning rates for collocation of small wireless facilities on authority poles and nonauthority poles, the person owning or controlling the pole shall allow the collocating person to collocate on its poles at annual rates of no more than Twenty Dollars ($20.00) with rates to be trued up upon final resolution of the dispute. Added by Laws 2018, c. 140, § 11, eff. Nov. 1, 2018.
