The provisions of Sections 33-101 through 33-115 of this title shall in no manner supersede or repeal any laws now in force or effect or any charter provisions of any municipality relating to municipal parks or park boards, but shall be cumulative to all such laws and charter provisions thereof. Laws 1977, c. 256, § 33-115, eff. July 1, 1978.
