§11-29-112. Recording and filing of resolutions.

The resolutions required pursuant to Section 3 of this act shall be recorded in the office of the county clerk and filed in the office of the Secretary of State and in the archives of the city. Added by Laws 1997, c. 142, § 4, eff. Nov. 1, 1997.
