§11-26-110. Reports of the cemetery board of trustees.

The board of cemetery trustees shall, on the first Mondays in January and July of each year, make a full report to the municipal governing body of all lots sold, interments made, and all moneys received and expended by the board in and about the cemetery. Laws 1977, c. 256, § 26-110, eff. July 1, 1978.
