§11-22-151. Purpose and construction of act.

The Oklahoma Municipal Utility Revenue Bond Act shall serve to implement and execute Section 27B of Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution, and nothing in the Oklahoma Municipal Utility Revenue Bond Act shall be construed in a manner contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of said constitutional provision. Added by Laws 1992, c. 211, § 2, eff. July 1, 1992.
