Any person violating the provisions of Section 1 of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed thirty
(30)days or by payment of a fine not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or by both such fine and imprisonment. Added by Laws 1963, c. 213, § 2, emerg. eff. June 11, 1963. Renumbered from § 1216 of Title 21 by Laws 2013, c. 404, § 27, eff. Nov. 1, 2013.
