The Office of Juvenile Affairs shall promulgate rules, procedures, and forms necessary for the implementation of a juvenile sex offender registry. Added by Laws 2001, c. 341, § 13, eff. July 1, 2001. Renumbered from § 7308-1.13 of Title 10 by Laws 2009, c. 234, § 191, emerg. eff. May 21, 2009.
