A qualified residential treatment program may file a petition for a protective order on behalf of a child in its care against a third party who poses a threat to the child's physical or emotional well-being. The qualified residential treatment program shall present evidence of harassment, abuse, neglect, exploitation, or other behaviors that endanger the welfare of the child in its care. Added by Laws 2025, c. 149, § 2, eff. July 1, 2025.
