A. Unless prohibited by state or federal law, the Department shall develop, where feasible, an agency-wide process for conducting background checks, fingerprinting, and personal care applications.
B. The Department shall maintain limits on the number of children a person is authorized to care for; however, a person shall be permitted to provide multiple services where authorized. Added by Laws 2009, c. 338, § 21, eff. July 1, 2009.
