§10A-1-8-105. Penalties.

A willful violation of any provision of an order of the court issued under the provisions of this Code shall constitute indirect contempt of court, and shall be punishable as such. Punishment for any such act of contempt shall not exceed a fine of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00), or imprisonment in the county jail for more than thirty
(30)days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Added by Laws 1968, c. 282, § 122, eff. Jan. 13, 1969. Amended by Laws 1995, c. 352, § 42, eff. July 1, 1995.
