Section 6301.111 — Employer survey.

The governor's office of workforce transformation, in conjunction with the department of job and family services and the department of education and workforce, shall conduct an electronic survey of employers in this state to identify jobs that are in demand by those employers. The office, in conjunction with the departments, shall use the survey results to update the list of in-demand jobs required under section 6301.11 of the Revised Code, notwithstanding the requirement in that section that the departments and public or private institutions, as defined in that section, periodically update that list.
The office shall complete the initial survey and make the update required under this section not later than December 31, 2018. The office shall complete a subsequent survey and update not later than the last day of December every two years thereafter.
