Section 4732.33 — Telehealth services; rules governing telepsychology.

(A)The state board of psychology shall adopt rules governing the use of telepsychology for the purpose of protecting the welfare of recipients of telepsychology services and establishing requirements for the responsible use of telepsychology in the practice of psychology, independent school psychology, and school psychology, including supervision of persons registered with the state board of psychology as described in division
(B)of section 4732.22 of the Revised Code. The rules adopted by the board shall be consistent with section 4743.09 of the Revised Code. The rules are not subject to the requirements of division
(F)of section 121.95 of the Revised Code.
(B)A psychologist, independent school psychologist, or school psychologist may provide telehealth services in accordance with section 4743.09 of the Revised Code.
