Section 4732.06 — Board administration.

The principal office of the state board of psychology shall be in Columbus, but it may meet or conduct business at any place in this state. The board may empower any one or more of its members to conduct any proceeding, hearing, or investigation necessary to its purposes, including the administration and enforcement of Chapter 4783. of the Revised Code. The board shall meet at least twice annually and at such other times as it determines. Special meetings may be called by the president and shall be called by the secretary upon the written request of two members.
The board shall not conduct business by teleconference except as provided in division (F)(1) of section 4732.17 of the Revised Code.
The board shall make such rules as are necessary to conduct its business.
The board shall employ an executive director, investigators, and administrative assistants as are necessary to administer and enforce this chapter and Chapter 4783. of the Revised Code.
