A barber license, barber instructor license, or assistant barber instructor license that has not been renewed for any reason other than because it has been revoked, suspended, classified inactive, or because the license holder has been given a waiver or extension under section 4709.11 of the Revised Code, is expired. An expired license may be restored if the individual who held the license satisfies both of the following requirements:
(A)Pays to the state cosmetology and barber board the restoration fee established under section 4709.12 of the Revised Code;
(B)Completes the continuing education requirement for renewal of a license established by the board in rules adopted under section 4709.051 of the Revised Code.
