Section 3357.17 — Cooperation with other board or agencies.

The board of trustees of a technical college district, and its agents, shall cooperate with boards of county commissioners of the county or counties comprising the district, with boards of education in the district, and with other public agencies representing the people of the district, in providing for educational, social, civic, and recreational activities, in buildings and upon grounds under control of the board of trustees, provided that such cooperation shall not interfere with the principal purpose of such district which is to provide technical educational service beyond the high school for the people of such district.
The board of trustees shall prescribe such rules and regulations for occupancy of buildings and grounds as will secure fair, reasonable, and impartial use.
