Section 3317.27 — Quality community school support program.

The quality community school support program is established. Under the program, the department of education and workforce shall pay each community school established under Chapter 3314. of the Revised Code and designated as a community school of quality under section 3317.28 of the Revised Code an amount up to three thousand dollars in each fiscal year for each student identified as economically disadvantaged and up to two thousand two hundred fifty dollars in each fiscal year for each student that is not identified as economically disadvantaged.
The payment for a fiscal year shall be calculated using the adjusted full-time equivalent number of students enrolled in the school for that fiscal year as of the date the payment is made, as reported by the school under section 3314.08 of the Revised Code. The department shall make periodic payments to each designated school beginning in January of that fiscal year.
