Section 3314.23 — Compliance with standards.

(A)Subject to division
(B)of this section, each internet- or computer-based community school shall comply with the national standards for quality online learning developed under a project led by a partnership between quality matters, the virtual learning leadership alliance, and the digital learning collaborative, or any successor organization.
(B)Each internet- or computer-based community school that initially opens for operation on or after January 1, 2013, shall comply with the standards required by division
(A)of this section at the time it opens. Each internet- or computer-based community school that initially opened for operation prior to January 1, 2013, shall comply with the standards required by division
(A)of this section not later than July 1, 2013.
(C)The sponsor of each internet- or computer-based community school shall be responsible for monitoring, ensuring, and reporting compliance with the online learning standards described in divisions
(A)and
(B)of this section.
