Except as provided in division
(C)of section 2151.311 of the Revised Code, no child taken into custody shall be held in a county, multicounty, or municipal jail or workhouse or other place for the confinement of adults convicted of crime, under arrest, or charged with crime.
Except as provided in division
(C)of section 2151.311 of the Revised Code, a child confined pursuant to section 2151.311 of the Revised Code shall be held in a room or cell totally separate and removed by sight and sound from all adult prisoners.
