Section 166.20 — Research and development loan fund.

There is hereby created in the state treasury the research and development loan fund. The fund shall consist of moneys received from the issuance of obligations for research and development purposes under section 166.08 of the Revised Code; moneys deposited to the fund pursuant to divisions
(C)and
(G)of section 166.21 of the Revised Code; service charges imposed under section 166.21 of the Revised Code; and any grants, gifts, or contributions of money received by the director of development to be used for making loans under section 166.21 of the Revised Code. All investment earnings on the cash balance in the fund shall be credited to the fund. The fund shall not be comprised, in any part, of moneys raised by taxation.
