(C)of section 101.71 or of section 101.91 , or section 101.77 or 101.97 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(B)Whoever violates division
(D)of section 101.71 or of section 101.91 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
