§ 170-B. Employee loans.

* § 170-b. Employee loans. 1. No state agency shall make available to
employees a loan of any amount of money. Provided, however, that nothing
in this section shall be construed to impede any person from receiving
any aid for which he or she is eligible pursuant to any state or federal
statute or regulation.
2. For purposes of this section, the term "state agency" shall mean
any state department, state university of New York, city university of
New York, authority, board, bureau, division, commission, committee,
council, office or other governmental entity performing a governmental
or proprietary function for the state.
