§ 21-0713. Agreements with municipalities.
Any city, county, town or village within the "basin", as that term is
defined in the compact, shall have power to make agreements to provide
technical and financial aid as contemplated by paragraph
(b)of
subdivision two of section six of article six of the compact. Nothing
herein contained shall be construed to relieve any such city, county,
town or village from compliance with any general or special laws
relating to the receipt of grants or other assistance from other
governmental units and contracts in connection therewith.
