§ 19-0707. Conflicting laws.
This article shall not be construed as repealing any of the laws
relating to air pollution or air contamination which are not by this
article expressly repealed, but it shall be held and construed to be as
ancillary to and supplementing the laws now in force, excepting as they
may be in direct conflict with this article.
