§ 220. Resident advisor program.

§ 220. Resident advisor program. 1. Within amounts appropriated
therefor, the office may establish or administer as necessary a resident
advisor program in locales across the state and in such a manner that
insures a wide geographic representation.
2. The director of the office is directed to work in cooperation with
appropriate state and federal agencies to facilitate the successful
operation of local resident advisor program sites.
3. In administering the resident advisor program, the director is
directed to provide program sites with technical assistance to housing
and supportive service providers; training of an ongoing nature for
program sponsors; marketing materials and technical assistance aimed at
obtaining resident acceptance to resident advisors; and assistance in
developing necessary linkages between state, federal and local partners.
