§ 205. Exclusion from mandatory retirement. Notwithstanding any other
provision of law, an employee of the office or an employee of a local
public agency whose position is in whole or in part funded through the
office, or the federal older Americans act of 1965 as amended, shall not
be subject to any mandatory retirement provision based on the age of
such employee.
