§ 347. Authority of state agencies. All agencies of the state are
authorized, but are not required, to make and enter into agreements with
the local organizing committee to provide the local organizing committee
with:
(a)such public services as are customarily performed or available
from the agency as may be needed by the local organizing committee to
host the games; and
(b)such access to and use of any real and personal property owned or
controlled by the agency as may be needed by the local organizing
committee to host the games.
