Rule 4551. New York voting and elections database. The data,
information, and/or estimates maintained by the New York voting and
elections database within the state board of elections or copies of such
data, information and/or estimates provided to the attorney general
pursuant to subdivision three of section 3-112 of the election law shall
be granted a rebuttable presumption of validity by any court concerning
any claim brought.
