NRS 86.1255 “Series” and “series of members” defined. “Series” and “series of members” are synonymous terms and, unless the context otherwise requires, means a limited-liability company whose creation has been authorized pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 86.296 by a limited-liability company formed by filing articles of organization with the Secretary of State pursuant to NRS 86.151 .
