NRS 77.443 Examination of records by Secretary of State. The Secretary of State may conduct periodic, special or any other examinations of any records required to be maintained pursuant to this chapter or any other provision of NRS pertaining to the duties of a registered agent as the Secretary of State deems necessary or appropriate to determine whether a violation of this chapter or any other provision of NRS pertaining to the duties of a registered agent has been committed.
