NRS 77.155 “Nonresident guardian” defined. “Nonresident guardian” means a person who is not a resident of this State and who is appointed as guardian for a protected person pursuant to NRS 159.0613 . As used in this section, “guardian” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 159.017 .
