NRS 710.152 Sale or lease of system: Measure and explanation to be drafted by district attorney. When proceedings are instituted to sell or lease a county-owned telephone system pursuant to paragraph
(a)of subsection 1 of NRS 710.151 , the district attorney shall draft the measure and an explanation thereof for submission to the registered voters.
