NRS 692C.077 “ ORSA Guidance Manual ” defined. “ ORSA Guidance Manual ” means the current version of the NAIC Own Risk and Solvency Assessment
(ORSA)Guidance Manual developed and adopted by the NAIC, as amended. A change in the ORSA Guidance Manual is effective on the first day of January following the calendar year in which the changes were adopted by the NAIC.
