NRS 692A.200 Division of rates and charges. Nothing in this chapter prohibits the division of rates and charges between or among:
1. A title insurer and its agent;
2. Two or more title insurers;
3. One or more title insurers and one or more title agents; or
4. Two or more title agents,
Ê if the division of rates and charges does not constitute an unlawful rebate under the laws of this State.
