NRS 685A.220 Applicability of other provisions. In addition to those referred to in other provisions of this chapter, the following provisions of chapter 683A of NRS, to the extent applicable and not inconsistent with the express provisions of this chapter, also apply to surplus lines brokers:
1. NRS 683A.341 ;
2. NRS 683A.361 ;
3. NRS 683A.400 ;
4. NRS 683A.451 ;
5. NRS 683A.461 ;
6. NRS 683A.490 ; and
7. NRS 683A.520 .
