NRS 677.850 Accepting deposits with knowledge of insolvency of company or violation of chapter. Each officer or employee of any company who accepts deposits knowing:
1. That the company is insolvent; or
2. That the acceptance violates any provision of this chapter or any order or regulation of the Commissioner,
Ê is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130 .
