NRS 676A.330 Duty to report changes in information. An applicant or registered provider shall notify the Commissioner within 10 days after a change in the information specified in paragraph
(d)or
(f)of subsection 2 of NRS 676A.310 or subsection 1, 3, 6, 12 or 13 of NRS 676A.320 .
