NRS 671.0995 Suspension or revocation of license for failure to meet qualifications or satisfy requirements applicable to applicant; applicant required to demonstrate compliance with certain requirements.
1. If a licensee does not continue to meet the qualifications or satisfy the requirements that apply to an applicant for a license pursuant to this chapter, the Commissioner may suspend or revoke the license of the licensee.
2. An applicant for a license must demonstrate that the applicant meets or will meet the requirements set forth in NRS 671.100 or 671.110 , as applicable, and 671.115 and 671.125.
