NRS 668.115 Violation constitutes misdemeanor unless otherwise specified. Where no other punishment is provided in chapters 657 to 671 , inclusive, of NRS, any person violating any of the provisions of chapters 657 to 671 , inclusive, of NRS is guilty of a misdemeanor.
