NRS 645G.340 Written notice of cancellation or withdrawal of bond, insurance or other security; suspension of license. A licensee shall provide written notice to the Division at least 30 days before the cancellation or withdrawal of any bond, policy of insurance or security required pursuant to NRS 645G.320 or 645G.330 . The Division shall suspend the license of a licensee upon notice that the licensee has cancelled or withdrawn any bond, policy of insurance or security required pursuant to NRS 645G.320 or 645G.330 .
