NRS 638.133 Duty of veterinarian and veterinary technician to report claim for malpractice or negligence and disposition. Every veterinarian or veterinary technician licensed pursuant to this chapter shall report to the Board any claim for malpractice or negligence filed against him or her and its disposition within 90 days after the claim is filed and after its disposition.
